LXT970A - Fast Ethernet Transceiver Note - Not recommended for new designs; End-of-Life in process-see PCN

The LXT970A is a new-generation version of the LXT970 10/100 Fast Ethernet PHY transceiver that incorporates functional enhancements for a more robust solution. Enhancements to the LXT970A include selectable MII driver strength capabilities and link-loss criteria. It provides all the active circuitry to interface Media Independent Interface (MII) controllers to 10BASE-T and/or 100BASE-TX media. The LXT970A also provides a PECL interface for 100BASE-FX fiber networks.
