The Porto-100 2.5 Gbps Multi-Service Access Switch brings ATM SAR and Traffic Manager services to the access market. When functioning as an ATM SAR, the Porto-100 can perform full AAL5 segmentation and reassembly for two OC-12 full-duplex ports, as well as offer IP-to-ATM or Frame Relay-to-ATM internetworking. When functioning as a Traffic Manager the device can manage up to one million distinct flows, and can aggregate and switch IP, ATM, or MPLS traffic. Both host-side and line-side connections are provided by integrated SPI3 interfaces. The Porto-100 is the industry's most flexible and fully-featured SAR and traffic manager solution for the access market.
